Massive bug in QuickTime 10.1

Has anyone else come across the same bug in QuickTime 10.1 in Lion, where when exporting a .mov into any other format whether it be "iPod touch & iPhone 3GS' etc results in only the audio actually being exported. There is no video at all!


Help...Anyone have any ideas?

Handbraked to .m4v

Whats really weird is I took the same two movies in QT and trimmed them down to 2 minutes each then joined them and exported and it worked fine. Apperently something with the two whole versions of disc 1 and two from pearl harbor is not working. Also loosing 5.1 audio for some reason, it only shows stereo in iTunes. Any help appreciated.
