Just got back from a great holiday in Scotland and about to set off for another tomorrow. I've just finished organising and editing my 80+ photos I took, in iphoto, which were all taken with my iPhone 4. It appears now, iTunes will only sync around 18 of these organised and edited photos back to my iPhone (and iPad), which is rather irritating. There is no error screen and I have plenty of room on my idevices for the photos.

I've tried unchecking and rechecking the 'sync photos' checkbox in iTunes and clearing the iPod photo cache with no success. Any ideas on why apples products are no longer playing ball with each other? I can sync the photos quite easily to anything else but my idevices.

TL;DR: iTunes isn't syncing all of my iphoto library to my iPhone.

I'm using all the latest versions of iphoto, iTunes, iOS and OS x if that helps.
