I just discovered that in my joy of setting up my iTunes library 10 months ago, I accidently had the encoder set really high. I just realized that every album I've ripped is at 1411kbps. Re-ripping all my tracks would be a nightmare.... is there a script/setting/something that I can use to dumb them all down to 250kbps or so?

Thank you very much.. I'll have to wait to try that trick, as I stashed about half my music on an external harddrive for a massive video project. I was worried that "convert to" would just keep the current bitrate.
