Massive latency using the Nimbus controller on Apple TV.

Is this a known issue? I'm so much input latency, you can press a button and it does it like 2 seconds later.

I've tried everything but I haven't been able to fix it.
 
I tried mine last night on my new ATV and it worked fine with no lag.
