Matching Office for Mac with Mac OS

I currently run Mojave but also own software for Office Home & Business 2019. What OS would I need to upgrade to, in order to install and run the software: Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey?

According to documentation, Mojave(10.14) is more than enough.
Minimum requirement is Sierra (10.12)

Thanks guys. But I would like to upgrade to Monterey so I assume I could install Office 19 on Mojave and then upgrade to Monterey on the App Store?

I have a late 2014 Mac Mini and it will go up as far as Monterey.
