Matlab Help

Hello

I'm having trouble getting my copy of Matlab to install on my MacBook. When I try to install Matlab 7, it installs fine but wont start. The tray icon just jumps for a few minutes and nothing happens. I've read in several places that others are having this problem but no one gives a solution.

My MacBook is a C2D 2.0GHz, 1GB RAM
The version of Matlab I'm using is 7.1 R14 SP3

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I had the same problem and than I tried waht is advised in the following link...

And everything works fine now.
