Matte/Glossy: Can someone post a picture?

Hey there, I tried to find an apple shop (Paris, France) that has the glossy mbp-displays in order to compare it and fiiinally make my decision. Until now, though, I haven't found a single one.

Could someone therefore post a picture of his brandnew glossy mbp, so that I have at least an idea of how it suits this machine?

I have checked the mb's and mba's screen (which actually is a lot better than the mb's, imo), but as it is a lot smaller I don't think it looks the same.

easy to tell so... ;-)

I'll keep trying, but in the meantime it would be nice to have an impression, though I know I can't actually base my decision on that.
 
You might have better luck looking for someone that is selling one and going to check it out: http://paris.craigslist.org/sys/

You might also find some at coffee shops and wifi hotspots.

I'd snap some pics but mine's matte too, sorry :)

well at least I definitely preferred it to the mb's, but actually it was hard to tell since there were too many people checking out the mba.

So I still can't really say if I'm the "glossy guy"...
 
i have noticed that the display at the apple store are dceiving.

the RAM there are bigger /maxed out..
the screen of the MBP have hi-res LED installed..
that's why when i brought my MBP there and compared it, mine was darker.

so it's better to actually see a screen from a friend/ co worker
