HomeKit Matter 1.2 in HomeKit?!

With Matter 1.2 there came some interesting new features, especially for smart locks here in Europe (unlock vs. unlatch). So far, HomeKit did not support this.

Do you know whether Apple implemented Matter 1.2 in their recent OS updates?
