mause pad issue in windows

i have installed xp on mbp 15 loaded all the drivers when i use windows it is fine but when i play games ie gow or bioshock the mouse seems slugish and unresponsive i have also mapped letters for movement in gow but to no effect can anyone help


by the way considering selling my macbook pro 15 inch it is first gen x1600 256 vid ram 2.16ghz and 2 gigs of ram 250 hdd very clean few scrathces just wondering if someone could tell me what this would go for
