Hi, I have an early 2011 15" Macbook Pro with 2 internal hard drives.
On one of them SL, on the other Mavericks.
The picture below is what happened to me 3 times on Mavericks, the system just got stuck, after the 3rd time I wasn't able to boot into Mavericks again, I still can boot into SL but now the same happened there as well, so these are 3 different hard drives, 2 different systems, I hope it's not a big hardware issue, anybody has any suggestions? I don't have apple care btw.

Thanks

This looks like your computer is having a failing graphics processor, which is all too common with that particular generation of Macbook Pro.

Will gfxCardStatus will handle this problem by disabling the AMD radeon card?
BTW I just took out one of the memory sticks (4GB OWC) and the mac IS working, I'll update if it keeps working, if it will fail again I'll try the gfxCardStatus disabling. I'll update you.
