When I click Rebuild mailbox, these empty messages are gone! It's time to downgrade. Be aware of using Mavericks people!

maflynn macrumors Haswell May 3, 2009 74,788 45,134 Jun 17, 2013 #2 I'd recommend that you perhaps downgrade back to ML (if that was the version you were on) and then restore from a backup. Losing one's emails is not something that is considered minor. Plus I'd submit a bug report to apple.

I am doing regular updates so it's not a major problem for me to lose anything right now.
