Mavericks fails to be downloaded, recovery doesnt work

Hello, i have faced up with Apple maps issue, when viewing in standart mode it does show nothing. Someone advised to download mavericks again from Apple store and view packages and install Apple maps only. However I can't download mavericks, keeps prompting warning and same issue while I'm on recovery.
Dont know what to do :/
