Mavericks not keeping apps on their respective screens after screensaver

Hey all,

I have an issue that is driving me nuts: I have dual screens plugged on my Mac Mini and when I move some apps on my secondary screen, they are all back on my main screen right after I unlock it from the screensaver.

Any idea how to correct this?
