Hi Mavericks been installed since launch no issue at at until today.

Current set up
Mid 2011 27inch iMac with recovery user set up on internal Hard Drive
Promise thunderbolt array connected which holds all user accounts.

This has worked fine for a couple of years no issue. Restarted machine today and all was normal, Usual login screen which allowed me to log in as me. But none of my files were there on the desktop, iTunes started as a new install as did all other programs.
Checked this with other users on same array exactly same issue.
can now browse all user folders on HD there are not restricted any more. ( think this is my issue)
OSX has not replicated my home folder on the internal drive. Logging in as me still uses the user folder located on the array.
If i browse to my home folder all my files are STILL in finder, So desktop has all files however theses are not being shown.

Things i have done so far

Shut down restart
Reapir permissions logged in as me, Logged in as root and logged in as recovery.

Any suggestions or has someone had the same issue and repaired it??

Thanks in advance
