Mavericks/Yosemite - how to tell if an app is 64bit or 32bit?

Before Mavericks, any app's Get Info tab as well as Activity Monitor used to indicate if an app was running in 32bits. Since Mavericks, I can't find such information anywhere. Does anybody know where to look for it now?

I would assume that most current apps are 64bit and the need see which is which is largely mitigated by that point.

May I ask why this is needed?
