I dont know if this is related to OS but still:

when i connect my macbook pro to imac with thunderbolt for extra space, when i want to remove the cable there is a safety solution to do that or i just remove the cable from imac and macbook?

Thank you

Are you talking about when using Mavericks IP over Thunderbolt feature? If so, as long as you have no network file transfers underway between the two machines, you can just unplug it like you would an ethernet cable.
