Max app v1.1.1 has fixed Dolby Vision

Warner Media is rolling out the Max app version 1.1.1. for tvOS, and it looks like they fixed the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos not flagging properly. Not sure of any other improvements yet. Just updated and tried playing Avatar 2, and it is playing properly for me now.

It’s not fixed. Working intermittently.
