OS X Max Payne 3 with Xbox 360 gamepad?

hi guys,
I got Max payne3 recently but i can't get my xbox360 controller to work with this game like the other Feral games, i got the tattiebogle drivers installed & feral games work flawless but having major issues with MP3, anyone got this game working with the x360 gamepad by some thirty party mapping software? need help :mad:

Update-
Got it working with Joystick Mapper :D was pain but worth it playing with the gamepad..
 
Max Payne isn't a Feral game, it's a cider port, which is why you were having problems. Glad you got it working.

oh yes i know that. I mean't it doesn't have x360 gamepad support like my other feral games which i have plenty :D

there's isn't much to it really but does take abit of time, first you make a preset for a game you want & then inside the preset you configure the keyboard keys to the gamepad buttons, for example if the game uses "W" to jump configure that button to "A" to your gamepad or which ever fits ur style.

hi, i was looking right now to buy the same game, max payne 3 which is on sale now on steam at the very low price of 5€, does it really works perfectly? i have a macbook pro retina 13", i5 2,4 GHz, Intel Iris Graphics, 8Gb RAM... I'm not sure if buy it or not because in these days i'm having bad experiences with wineskin and Skyrim V, Warcraft III and The Witcher 2... I bought also the xbox 360 controller and in total i spent 110€ for the moment and i'm still not playing :mad::mad::mad:
i'm thinking on buying that game and joystick mapper, spending others 10€ but i hope that finally i'll have something to play... So, is better Joystick mapper or Gamepad Companion? There is any other problem that i don't know at the moment that will make me think that i wasted other 10€? please reply as soon as possible that these games are driving me crazy...
