I have a MacBook 2,1 (Mid 2007) with 2GB of ram, I have read that it can take 2x2GB Dimms which add to 4GB, However it will only read 3GB. Can anyone with the same machine verify that it would either read 3 or 4GB?

It shows 4, it uses 3.3 GB. I just went with 4 since I believe the difference in price of the two options (2x2 or 2 and 1 GB) from OWC was negligible.

Thanks for your reply, I will probably stick 4 in there, the 1.3 extra would provide some benefit.
