MaxGo and DIRECTV Now

Prepaid 3 months worth of DIRECTV now and signed up for HBO and Cinemax and downloaded the mobile apps for both HBO and Cinemax. HBO app works fine but when I sign into the Cinemax app MaxGo) it says that Cinemax currently isn't a part of my plan. Anyone else run into this issue?
