Hi,

Does OS X have a feature wherein I can adjust the CPU, memory, and SSD performance so that the process can be completed faster?

I'm burning a DVD from my SSD using Toast 11 Titanium. But it seems a bit slow and is still in the encoding stage for a few hours now.

EDIT: I checked using Dashboard and the CPU is only 25% to 35% utilized. Free memory is about 10.3 GB

Thanks!

There's renice a terminal utility though I don't think it will help all that much

how about setting the priority for a certain process, is that possible in OS X?

Thanks again!
