What kind of scam is this? Are you paying for design blueprints? Does this thing actually work? I just don't get it.

Your 16.95 gets you a large lens you put on a TV you already own then you use that to project an image on to your wall. You will get crappy image quality (despite what they say) and you will get a very dim image. Don't get it, you will be very disappointed.

yes - he is correct. If you search ebay for anything from LCD display to tv you will get a bunch of people trying to sell these. Bullcrap.

There is however a real way to make a projector out of a 15" LCD monitor, I think I might try it out and give you all the results.
