Hey, i just upgraded to leopard and now my external maxtor drive will not be recognized on either my ibook with leopard or my macbook, also with leopard. It was reconginzed on both computer before i upgraded, so i know it works. Anyone know what's wrong? thanks

I'm having the same problem with a Lacie EdMini; it disappeared off of each computer (a MacPro and a PowerBook) as soon as Leopard was installed.

Hi, not sure if you were able to resolve your problem.
I had the same issue. I contacted seagate customer support and told them I needed to reinstall the software but didn't have it any more. They then sent me a link to download the onetouch manager software. Once I reinstalled it, I was prompted to enter the password I had originally set.

I now have full access to my external hardrive again.

Hope this helps.
