I have a Mac Book Pro and setup this drive, on firewire 800, and a RAID mirrored, within a few weeks I received an error message that one of the mirrored drives is deffective and mirroring has been turned off. The drive continues to work, Seagate replaced it, I initialized the new drive for the same config and within a few days I received the same error message. Has anyone had a similar problem? I want to ensure it is a drive problem and not a Mac driver compatability issue.
