Are you in the U.S.? If so, then you're going to be waiting a while. Most SS 42mm models are on around 4/15 order dates.
If you're outside the U.S., you'll have better luck.
Well I live in the U.S. & I honestly don't think we will be waiting that long. I dont know why you all think that Apple can't handle this.
Because there are many people in the U.S. who ordered over a month ago that still haven't gotten their watches....
I order on the 17th and am probably in the same boat. Honestly, I've been checking these forums hoping my order will be shipped out sooner than the end of June. According to some analysts, day 1 orders accounted for about 1.5 mil with 30k orders per day after that. So hopefully if they get through day 1 orders it will be smooth sailing soon? Who knows.

I just saw in the 42mm Stainless Steel Black Sports Band thread someone just got charged and got shipping confirmation for their order on 4/11. Hopefully you will get your notification soon too.
Maybe for the less popular selections, but 42 ML just entered 4/11, and 42 black just started shipping this past week.
I ordered on the 15th May and my original July date changed three times and is now 23rd-29th June. I am in the UK and some Brits are reporting that they had the same shipping dates as me and this morning their's has changed to the 9th - 15th June
