Hello!

May I develop programs using a jailbroken iphone and a macbook (not pro)?
I mean, from 2 point of view. Is it technically possible? and is it legally possible?
I ask this because my macbook has a legal leopard, but my iphone has been "pirated". I know
I have to sign my apps to sell them on the app store. So, Can I sign and sell them with
my current configuration?
