Hi there...

May be Stupid question.............

I am using iphone 4 [ios 4.0.1] jailbreak.

I have my SHSH: ios 4.0.1, 4.0.2 on cydia server

I request CYDIA for SHSH blobs for iPhone4 4.1 (8B117)
and successfully saved.

Can I jailbreak 4.1 using TU...& kick device out of recovery formula
so, that i can keep my baseband for ios 4.1 same i have now for 4.0.1

pls advice/suggestion.

TU is not a Jailbraking tool, all it does it allow you to upgrade to 4.1 keeping you basedband (you may need that later to unlock once the 4.1 Jailbrake is release), but once you upgrade you will be on 4.1 unjailbroken with an old baseband

All you did was to saved you SHSHs for 4.1, that's all (in case you ever...need to come back to it, like when 4.2 or later are released and in order to injet the jailbraking code you may need to be on an older fw and them upgrade with a pnwage tool - just an example).
