According to the Alias Website there isn't a Maya 6 Personal Learning Edition available yet. Does anyone know if purchasing the $19.99 DVD instructional version is worth the price?
 
yep, i'd recommend getting the DVD. that's the training DVD, right?

it's definitely a great help to have some good tutorials, and who better to get Maya tutorials from, right? :)
 
Still no Maya Unlimited for Mac - that's a shame really.

I'll still have to stick with Lightwave (which isn't a bad thing :D)

Although at some point I'm thinking I'm going to have to learn it....
