Maya and intuos4 problem

I am new to Maya and use an intuos 4 24/7. I have always had a button on the pen as pan/scroll and i could use it to zoom in and out on maya, also this would allow me to scroll through web pages. For some reason, i can no longer zoom in or out in maya using this button but i can still scroll through web pages, anybody know whats wrong? Thanks.
