I just downloaded tapzoo and I have invested some money in it(ya I know lol). If I jb my phone with limera1n will I loose all the data from Tap zoo? I am still on 4.01

You shouldn't. You don't restore the phone when you jailbreak, so you shouldn't lose data.

When you jailbreak, you'll need to find a 4.01 IPSW. The one in your iTunes software folder may be the 4.01, you'll just have to check. The version is in the file name.

Well I jailbroke someone others phone with limera1n for them and I had to restore the phone... What will the IPSW do if the phone hasnt been updated to 4.2

If you backed up your phone thru itunes even if you need to restore it you can restore from backup and not lose your game progress.
