This is my first iPhone (4S) and I am wondering...when you have both the cell data and wifi turned on, does internet activity use wifi by default as long as it's available? Like if I use Safari or play an internet based game, will it use my wifi or my cell data?
I ask because many times I turn my cell data off when browsing the web, but sometimes I forget to turn it back on, meaning I can't send or receive picture messages.
