Hello folks,

I am currently running 2009 late mb w/ 4 gig of memory -- just upgraded from 2 gig.

Running parallel w/ windows 7 seems to very super snappy and nice.

Only regret is that i didn't go for 8 gig as currently if I am running windows 7 on parallel, my remaining ram is only about 900 MB.
I haven't run into any problem or slowing down but was wondering if there are anyone who is doing similar thing and have upgraded to either 6 or 8 gig of mem?

I am wondering if upgrading to 6 gig will have any detrimental effect or slow down the system somehow.. I rather just spend little more to get to 6 gig rather than replacing both memory.. if I can help it.

Go for the 8 gigs, I just did last week when Microcenter was running a sale on the Crucial 8 gig kit ($80)
