MB/MBP battery life question and higher capacity batteries

ok so I have read some of the test but I was wondering what the new owners were getting from their battery

Also I know fastmac made a higher capacity battery a d I was wondering if they are going to do this for these new revisions and if so how much of an I provement will it be?
