MB Pro 15' Mid 2009 x MB Pro 13' Mid 2010

What would YOU prefer ?

I have a MB Pro 13' Mid 2010 the lowest version (2.4 GHz C2D, 4GB Ram,250GB HDD) that has been rather problematic (many warranty repairs) and Im thinking about selling it as I dont wanna wait till it fails on me out of the warranty.

Theres now the oppurtunity to buy almost new, one month old MB Pro 15' Mid 2009 the best version (2.8GHz, 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD,) I have always considered buying a 15' MacBook.

My question is how big is the difference in terms of portability 15' vs 13' MB, somebody have the experience ?

Which graphics is superior 320M 256 MB DDR3 or 9400M + 9600M GT 512MB GDDR3 ?
