Hi, is it worth upgrade to MB PRO 2017 with touchbar from MB PRO mid 2014? Don't feel the need for touchbar, but it would worth extra 2000$ for me.

Yes. It will do all that without breaking a sweat, and you'll save the potential keyboard nuisances.

Also i don't get why Apple doing new MBP only with discrete GPUS, they're overheating so badly... For what purpose...

I received an exchange yesterday - a 3.1 2017 to replace a 2016 that could not stop repeating keys, likely due to heat.
