While checking out the new macbooks and macbook pros i came across this

UK - # 128GB Solid State Drive [+ £420.00]
US - # 128GB Solid State Drive [Add $600.00]

Are they the same drive ?

Yes. But the drive they are replacing is more expensive on the pro, so the upgrade costs less.
