I just bought a MB in October and it had some issues so Apple sent me a replacement MB which happened to be the new santa rosa one. I am noticing that to me it seems like the screen is less vibrant. It seems to not have as much contrast and maybe not be as bright as well. With the one before this in a dark room I would need to turn down the brightness, which is now not the case. The colors just look muted to me. There's also a bit of light bleeding off the bottom of the screen which is noticeable when starting up but not so noticeable once the dock is down there.
I also noticed that this MB has a bit more constant fan noise. The older one would be either quiet or really loud. This one seems to have a noticeable but not really loud fan sound all the time. Everything else seems the same.
Wondering if anyone else noticed anything different with the screen?
