Mb063ll/a Max Ram?

I have a MacBook 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (13-inch Black) MB063LL/A Laptop/Notebook with 2GB ram installed. I would like to know if it is worth upgrading the ram to 4GB or even if this is possible. When looking on Crucial the maximum memory it states my system can support is 2GB which is in installed.
