Curious, can anyone confirm that the previous version of the composite AV cable from Apple is compatiable with the iPhone 4?

Model is MB129LL/B and here is a link to it on amazon link

This is the version that came with a USB charger. It seems like a few people here and there say it isnt, but then there are a few people say that it does.
