Hello fellas. I am currently debating between a mba and rmbp. My concern is the free space available out of the box. If i purchase the 128gb model i am guessing there will be just over a 100gb left to use. I will be running bootcamp for window's ms excel speedsheets and maybe some C++. I am not sure if this is enough for my use.

Disk utility in my MBA shows 120gb capacity out of 128gb. I installed Windows 7 Pro with all updates and MS Office 2007 (for windows), and use Parallels instead of Bootcamp. The only mac apps I've downloaded are Adobe reader, MS remote desktop, and Parallels. I uninstalled Garageband, iMovie, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote to free up disk space since I never use those programs, ever. I have 75gb free.

Sounds like you need 256GB

If you want to run bootcamp and you keep a fair number of music and video files on your computer you'll need 256GB of space I'd imagine. If you work in the cloud a lot or use NAS storage then 128GB may well be enough only you can tell....
