MBA 2011 boot from SuperDuper clone 10.6.8

Can anyone confirm whether they have been able to boot a SuperDuper clone containing 10.6.8 from a previous Mac on the new MacBook Air 2011?

NOTE: I have googled and come across many different answers. I'm NOT interested in installing 10.6.8 on the internal drive. I just want to know whether it will boot and function from an old clone.

Nope. A bunch of people have tried. The farthest I ever got was getting it to boot with no internal video (external worked) and the keyboard light was on full all of the time.
