Just downloaded ML... loving it, however, have noticed a RAM increase of Near 500mb?????????? Anyone else notice a more Ram intensive Upgrade????

More RAM intensive or more RAM efficient? Free RAM is wasted RAM, stop freaking out unless you have a few GBs of page outs.
