MBA (2013) with 256GB SSD - How much available storage out of the box?

I'm finally getting around to creating back-ups for my MBA(2013) with 256gb SSD.

There's so much junk that I stuffed on the MBA. There was only 6GB remaining space. I moved all the audio/video/photo/docs/etc to an external hard drive. (at least all the ones that I can find)

However, I was only able to get it up to 120gb free.

How much available storage was there when the MBA 256gb just came out of the box?
