I ordered a gold MBA.

I've always wanted a gold MacBook, and I thought, "What the heck!"

This is my travel computer; I convinced myself to just buy what I want.

I'm doing space grey. Well I'm still undecided on MBA or MBP but space grey either way. I wish they had done rose gold instead of regular gold or I would have gotten that.

Does silver hide stains better on the track pad vs space grey? Such as oily finger smudges.

I thought the silver was the colour of the bare aluminum and the other colours are anodized. If so, the silver will hold up to visible wear better.

I thought this was the case as well.

I currently have the 2015 Macbook and will probably end up getting a Silver MBA 2018 once I read some in depth reviews this week.
