MBA and Itunes 10.2 playback issues?

I've downloaded a few of the Stanford University video courses (.mp4) via Itunes U. On my MBA Ultimate 13, the video courses run fine for a while, then pause, stutter, etc.. Anyone know if this is an MBA issue or perhaps an Itunes issue? I've seen some hints that maybe Itunes 10.2 can be a little buggy.

Thoughts?
