Yes.. this thread was going to start sooner or later.. we all know it. How's everyone finding theirs so far? I'm on a 2013 8/256 11" and been using it for an hour now, and it's still on 100%. Indicator started at 8:46 and climbed up to 10:40, seems like we have a winner! :D

mine was at 86% when i started install went down to 69% after install and have been using it intermittently for web browsing and making the various app updates since so for about 3h now its at 56%

so i'd say not bad given that updating/installing stuff take a bunch of juice :D

My 2012 Air is showing 6 Watts at idle, with the screen brightness 4 clicks above half. Battery is at 98% and current usage is over 6 hours, with 6 hours estimated for internet browsing. Before it idled at around 7 watts so I'd say it's an improvement.

The fan is making a slight buzzing noise since I installed it though, what's up with that?

11" Air (2011 model) here and it seems to have gone from just over 4 hours to 5+ hours. I'm only going by the system's own calculations though as I haven't actually drained the battery since updating.

I went from a full charge to about 85% in an hour but that was with a lot of reboots/updates/testing and such. I'm hoping to see it push 6 hours or so under normal usage.

2013 MBA 13inch 8G/256G battery got worse after upgrading to Mavericks. Before it was around 11 hours , now it's only around 6 hours with the same apps.

My 2013 13" 256g has gone to 15 hours and still has 5.3 hours of battery since I installed Maverick Tuesday. Usually I need to charge at the end of each working day.

For this thread to be useful, need an *after* calibration, then back to your working routine, average data for 1 week, THEN tell us what you see, otherwise is all anecdotal. Don't forget to disclose your machine's made year.

2013 13" i5/8/256 now only have 11 hours with Safari and Terminal running. Should I worry?

EDIT:

Clean installed the machine with Mt. Lion and upgraded to Mavericks.
