MBA battery replacement question

To those who have charged and discharged their Airs' batteries enough to see their batteries die and need replacement, does Apple replace the entire bottom half of the Air, or just swap batteries?

Yeah, on second thought, it would make no sense to have the entire set replaced for under $200. Silly me.
