MBA error "USB device drawing too much power"

Hi guys, my mba suddenly got the error reading "usb device is drawing too much power bla bla" but I did not connect any device to my usb not even my power adapter. I restarted couple of times it still got the error after few minutes.

Any idea how to fix this? thanks a lot

Try an SMC re set

Strange that you are getting this message with nothing connected though...it typically occurs when you try connecting a vice via a USB hub.

Do a restart first, if this does not solve the problem reset SMC.

I suggest actually looking at the physical port to make sure there are no foreign objects that are shorting the pins out.
