should be an easy question:

I bought this drive and I was wondering if it will read/write to the mini-dvd discs?? My gut says NO, so I have avoided them.

no mini-dvds and especially not the new 'eco-dvds' the flexible ones that are often givaways, in slot drives.

Your gut was right. Only full size cd/dvd's.
