MBA Loggin removal

For the life of me cannot figure out how to not have a login password on this MBA, i have removed the iCloud account. went to security and privacy under general and do not see the remove password or etc that i have searched. under user/ groups i see the admin but can't remove that. is this mediatory that a login password is required to use this.
 
Admin accounts need a password, its a security feature of OS X
 
how do you remove the admin account and just have a regular account to use i don't want to keep logging on overtime my teen wants to use it.
